Chenille fabric has a very soft and comfortable texture,, the warmth of the fabric is very good, can effectively withstand cold weather, also has good breathability, can let the skin breathe, keep dry and comfortable. Chenille fabric also has good elasticity and wear resistance, not easy to deformation, durable.

Chenille fabric is mainly made of polyester fabric. It has the advantages of soft, comfortable, wear-resistant and durable, easy to clean, and is often used to make home furnishings, such as sofa covers, cushions, curtains and so on. It is also commonly used in the production of clothing, such as jackets, long-sleeved shirts, dresses and so on. Due to its wear-resistant and durable characteristics, these garments can be used for a longer period of time without premature damage.

The raw materials used to produce chenille fabrics mainly include natural or synthetic fibers such as cotton, silk and polyester. These fibers are spun and processed to become woolen threads after pre-treatment such as washing, boiling and bleaching. Then after the weaving process, the woolen threads are compiled into fabrics through jacquard method, bed weaving and other processes. During the weaving process, different weaving methods and colors can be selected as needed to produce chenille fabrics with different patterns. In the finishing process, it needs to be treated by washing, dyeing, drying, finishing and other processes, so as to make the chenille fabrics with ideal handfeel, color and gloss.
