01 Order service
Sample Service：Samples of fabrics and finished textiles can be sent to customers for confirmation. For regular samples, it takes 3 to 5 days to prepare to send, and for customized samples, it will be sent within 10 days. All samples will be sent by plane. A sample fee is charged and will be refunded after bulk ordering. Customers need to pay the courier fee for the first time here.
Produce Service：We will show you a video of each step of making an order. If necessary, live video is also welcome. We will confirm the batch quality with customers by displaying pictures or sending batch samples directly.Welcome to arrange inspectors to inspect the goods in our factory.
Shipping Service：Regular,Our wholesale orders delivery by container,shipping by sea from Ningbo port or Shanghai port is our normal delivery ways.LCL and FCL in containers of 20GP or 40HQ can be selected as the cubic of goods.Customers can book the ship by their own freight forwarding or we will book for you.FOB and CIF both can handle.
For other markets like Russia,ground transportation is better than sea delivery,Goods will be delivery from Yiwu City to your hand by train.
Some customers may ask for a urgently shipping,Plane is the best choose,and we will help to get the best competitive charge of plane.

Weight
Weight is very important for fabric quality.To warp knitting fabric,the normal weight is between 150gsm to 380gsm,Yarn in DTY or FDY.Customers can request the weight as their needing.Or send original fabric sample to us,we can measure the weight and produce same fabric.
Color
Every year,every season ,we will update colors to follow the fashion of home textile.And customers also will customize it for their new annual.We can make color as international color cards,like pantone color,directly color samples is available too.After decide the color,we will make lab dips of colors and send it for checking.
Height Of Pile
This is important to decide the furface apperance of fabric and hand feeling.For regular home textile,0.5mm~1.5mm is enough to use,and some material for blanket will higher to 2mm to 3mm.And we will produce as customer's samples.
03 Finished Products Customized
Size
We are a manufacurer in make-to-order,and all finished products will be produced as customers ' request.Size is the basic item to be requested.
Pattern
There are many different pattern and shapes in cushion,like square,round,star,love and so on,and we can make products as personal creative pattern.All item will send for confirmation before doing bulk goods.
Accessories
Accessories are used for home textile to add more colors,like tassels, ribbons, silk ribbons, bead curtains, lace and so on,all can be customized.

Bag,carton,logo card,washing label,logo label,package ways, please note us clearly when inquiry,and we can do them as customers request.

Digital Printing
Digital printing is the regular process use for home textile.There are more than thousands of designs in different styles for selecting.We can make printing items as personal photos,drawing,document and so on.it is a economical way for making customized samples and very quickly.
Shiny Printing
Shiny printing is a great way for beauting our decorative cushion,curtains,and some people also like to print on blanket material for specail days as Christmas day.Most printing is in shiny gold,sliver,and also can be customized into any colors with shiny.
Gilding

Embossing
