Description
Double-sided plaid flannel fabricl is a kind of fabric with soft texture and comfortable handfeel, which is usually made of two layers of soft flannel fabrics bonded together through a special production process. We will prepare two different colours or different patterns of flannel fabrics, and usually choose soft and plush fabrics as raw materials. These fabrics will go through a series of processing, such as washing, pulling, trimming and other processes to ensure that the fabric surface is smooth and fine plush. The two layers of flannel fabrics are then processed separately and a layer of glue or adhesive is applied to the back of one of the layers of fabrics. Then the two layers of fabrics are put together, after a certain time and pressure, so that the glue or adhesive is fully bonded to form the structure of double-sided flannel. The double-sided flannel also undergoes finishing, trimming and inspection processes to ensure that the quality of the fabric meets standards. These processes include finishing the pile, trimming the edges, checking the colour, measuring the size and other steps to ensure that each metre of double sided flannel fabric meets the customer's requirements.
