A: We prepare quality samples free of charge. For the first-time cooperation, the postage would be at the customer's cost. After order confirmation, we will refund it to you. In the next cooperations, it's at our cost.
Q2: Lab Dips and Strike Offs
A:1.For dyed fabric: Provide with color swatches or Pantone numbers, we finish in 2-4 business days.
B:2.For printed fabric: Confirm the designs, we make computer artworks for approval first then send strike-offs in 5-7 business days before bulk production.
Q3: Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
A:1.Knitted Fabric: 500KGS per color
1500KGS per design of 3 colors
2.Woven Fabric: 1500MTS per color

Q4: What the payment term of your company?
A4: The payment term for new customers is T/T 30% deposit and balance before shipment or L/C at sight. We can discuss a better payment term after several orders in good cooperation.
