joann fabric fleece fabric is a soft and comfortable fabric whose manufacturing process is highly complex, requiring multiple stages to complete. The raw fibres undergo washing, degumming, and carding before being woven into fabric. Adhesive is then applied to the reverse side of the fabric, onto which granular pile is scattered. This assembly is subjected to high-temperature heat setting before final cutting and finishing, yielding a soft fleece fabric with rich textural depth.

Fleece not only offers exceptional thermal insulation but also boasts excellent moisture-wicking and breathability, making it highly suitable for winter garments, bedding, and similar products.
