Polar fleece production in different patterns 

The regular processes of plain polar fleece is weaving,dyeing,drying,brushiong,rolling and packaging. And there can make different designs as below by adjusting processes as below:

1.Embossing patterns:Embossing is one of our hot selling point.It makes designs on face of plain polar fabric by pressure and high temperature.There are many designs for selecting.And it's popular for making blanket and pajamas.

2.Printing patterns.We use rotary screen printing most.The advantages of it is there are no splices,high printing uniformity,and designs can be showed in both sides of fabric. 

3.Jacquard patterns.This pattern need to be adjusted on first process when weaving the fabric.It has a distinct three-dimensional effect, and the pattern has strong stability and is not easy to deform.
