How is velvet fabric print made?
High-quality yarn is selected for weaving, and through a meticulous weaving process, a base fabric with a soft velvet surface and uniform density is formed. Through printing techniques, various patterns and colours are added to the fabric, enhancing its aesthetic appeal and decorative value.

There are several main methods of printing velvet, including traditional paste printing and digital printing. Paste printing involves applying dye paste through a screen or stencil onto the fabric, resulting in vibrant colours and distinct effects, though it requires a minimum order quantity. Digital printing, on the other hand, uses computer-controlled print heads to directly print patterns onto the fabric, enabling more complex designs and smaller production runs, though it is more expensive than the former method.

After printing, subsequent processes such as drying and setting are required to ensure the durability of the print and the longevity of the colours. Finally, after finishing and packaging, the printed Dutch velvet is ready for shipment.
