Q1:How is after-sales service?
 A:We expect that our customers will become our long-term partners, based on the premise that we not only provide the technical support, but also because we provide excellent high quality after-sales service as well. We guarantee our quality is same as confirmed sample. If the quality difference with confirmed sample, we will solve the problem to our customer or compensate for it.
Q2: How long is the production period and delivery date?

 A:Our production is arranged after get the deposit or original L/C. Normally it will take about 20-30 days to produce for one order. It also should depend on our production schedule, and order details. Normally the delivery date is in a week after goods ready.

Q3: What's the payment terms of sherpa suede fabric?
A: Our payment terms is T/T in advance (30% deposit) or L/C at sight.

Q4:What is the privacy policy of your company?
A:We respect for all the customers, and make all the customers information confidential. We limit the scope of the information provided to third parties, and we allow its use only the customer permits.
