Blue Velvet Cloth is a dense, soft, comfortable and fine fabric with a soft and smooth feel. It is usually made of cotton, silk, satin or synthetic fibers. The velvet grey fabric is made of semi-gloss flat DTY yarn, and the back yarn is made of semi-gloss round hole FDY yarn. The veil and back yarn are warped by the warping machine and then wound on the warp head. The warp head is then installed on the warp beam of the warp knitting machine in proportion to weave the grey fabric.
