How is your fabric quality?

Haoyang's textile fabrics are uniformly woven with its own warp knitting machines. The raw materials are purchased from famous Chinese brands.Both can ensure quality and specifications of different batches of fabrics are uniform. At the same time, the cooperative dyeing factories are certified by the government and have formal certificates like BASIC 9000, OEKO-TEX testing. It can make sure quality of dyes meet environmental requirements, our textiles can pass tests like ASTM, EN-71,reach test and so on

The quality of Haoyang's bulk products will be consistent with the quality of the pre-production samples confirmed by customers. Details such as color, weight, width, gross height, feel, and packaging are all produced according to the customer's requirements.And we will send bulk sample to customers for checking after finishing.If any item is not accepted,and we will revised or re-made the fabric

Are you worried about our fabric quality like short code, missing meter, less weight, wrong color, too many holes, dirty and defective products, etc.We will inpect fabric when rolling and packing,and as an honest company, we will not cheat in quantity or quality.Because my target is to have a long time business with every customer,not only one time.Of course,There may have problem,and tell me and I will pay for these problems.

Yes, Customization is one of our main services.Please send your orginal samples to me.Our analysts will use microscopes to analyze the fabric's raw materials, weaving structure and manufacturing process.The production of bulk will follow it to make sure fabric in same quality can be made.

How did you slove if there is a quality problem with the product I bought?

During production and confirmation,we will keep high communicating with customers,to make sure you know every step and will see the quality we made.It can avoid mistake,But if there have problem,we will pay for it and re-make for you.

What is minimum order?

As we are a factory,not fabric retailer.Most of our fabric is supplied make-to-order only.So the Minimum is in 500kgs regular,some items need more.There has a little ready made fabric,please contact us here for more information.

Can you product in my colors?

Sure.Please supply your color sample or pantone number,we can dye fabric in any colors.For dyeing color to close your sample,we will make lab dips first,then dyeing into bulk.
