Port dyeing and non-batch dyeing of holland velvet are two distinct dyeing methods, each possessing its own characteristics and advantages.

Dutch velvet port dyeing refers to transporting the fabric from its place of origin to a dyeing factory for processing. This method ensures consistent and stable dyeing results. As both the dyeing process and equipment are controlled at a single location, colour variation and uniformity can be better managed.

Conversely, vat-free dyeing involves immersing the grey fabric in a water tank. While this method yields less stable colours with potential variation, it offers lower production costs.

A.For 250gsm/300gsm we have stock lot. anther need cutomize, MOQ is 1000meters/color.
