Quality Control
Built for Reliable Bulk Production
We manage fabric weight (GSM), width, weaving density, and blackout performance as one integrated production system, rather than controlling each parameter independently.
During development and bulk production, these elements are engineered together to ensure that changes in one factor do not negatively affect overall fabric performance. This system-based control is critical for blackout velvet fabrics used in large-volume curtain production.
Integrated Control from Weaving to Finishing
Fabric weight (GSM) is monitored to maintain consistent drape, thickness, and shading effect
Width control is stabilized to minimize cutting loss and improve fabric utilization during mass production
Weaving density is adjusted in coordination with GSM to ensure uniform pile structure and light-blocking capability
Blackout performance is verified as a functional result of the above factors, not as a surface treatment alone
By controlling these parameters together, we avoid common bulk-production issues such as:
Same specification but different hand feel
Uneven blackout effect between batches
Inconsistent drape in finished curtains
Batch-to-Batch Verification for Bulk Orders
For bulk and repeat orders, we implement batch-to-batch verification:
Each production batch is checked against approved bulk standards
Key parameters such as GSM, width tolerance, and shading performance are compared with previous batches
Deviations are corrected at the production stage rather than after shipment
This process ensures that repeat orders remain consistent, allowing buyers to reorder confidently without re-testing or re-adjusting their production process.
